Bob Griffin
Registered Forester
Certified Wildlife Biologist

Bob has been performing contract wildlife consulting with landowners throughout the Southeast for over 10 years. Because of his research in white-tailed deer biology and experience with the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks, he is a Certified Deer Management Assistance Program (DMAP) Biologist. He has been responsible for the initial development of many deer properties and currently works with several high-fenced enclosures in Mississippi. He is a strong believer that the application of sound wildlife management principles to a complex deer management situation is not as simple as some people would have you believe. No two management situations are ever the same. His common answer to most management questions is, “It depends.” In other words, “cookie-cutter deer management does not work.”

In addition to his deer management consulting, his passion is helping people realize their wildlife management goals through a sound, comprehensive approach. He works with numerous landowners on comprehensive wildlife management programs, and is experienced in oversight of conservation easements, especially in the development of baseline reports. Bob is also very experienced and published in the use of trail cameras to survey deer populations. He combines his professional training and experience with his interests as an avid hunter, naturalist, wildlife photographer, and competitive shooter to provide a unique insight and comprehensive approach to wildlife management.
